Alexius International helped set up Open Source Centroamerica (OSCA), a regional Public-Private Partnership seeking to increase awareness of open source software and provide a forum on management and technology for stakeholders within the region. The sectors OSCA seeks to involve in this partnership include government, academic, private and non-governmental organizations. OSCA is organized through a series of local chapters that bring interested parties together to share knowledge and experiences.
