Education

Providing ICT solutions to faculties and classrooms to allow students to further their knowledge.

DSC05799.jpgAlexius International has experience modernizing educational systems at the university, secondary and elementary levels.  In higher education, a lack of linkages with the productive sectors of the economy can lead academia to educate workers with inadequate skill sets for the demands of the economy.  Alexius has supported universities and university systems in establishing those bridges with the private sector to establish symbiotic relationships that ensure that employers have access to qualified human resources.

At an elementry or secondary school level, in order to integrate ICTs into the classroom, a school system must evaluate their capabilities in training faculty and deploying school management systems, as well as determine other issues that can be addressed through the use of technology.  At Alexius, some of the elements we undertake when incorporating technology into a school’s mission are adjustments to course curriculum, building parent associations into the process as key stakeholders, and integrating technology into the institution's administration.  In order to make the most of available technologies, Alexius also encourages the use of distance learning and establishing links between schools to maximize the benefits of newly developed methods and educational exchanges.  Like the work we do in other sectors, the Education sector focuses on long-term sustainability, based on systems that allow all stakeholders (students, faculty, public and private sectors) to work with one another and meet their goals.
