Development agencies in today’s world handle many projects in different countries and are constantly short staffed.  In trying to keep track of the entire portfolio, minor projects may get lost in the piles of documents.  Alexius, through it’s Portfolio Management service, can help with the management and tracking of those projects in order to balance the workload of project managers.

The USAID/Armenia ICT portfolio included projects on the national level such as:

• technical assistance to the export promotion agency and foreign direct investment
• launching the national debit/credit card financial payment system
• developing the corporate registry for Armenia and electronic banking

In a regional context, Alexius managed a project portfolio consisting of more than twenty-three projects and initiatives in five of the CAFTA-DR member countries, all of which were part of a institutional modernization program with projects ranging from e-government services portals and application deployment to human capacity development.
