While working with the Honduran Ministry of Health, Alexius performed a mid-term performance review and provided recommendations for the implementation of a financial administrative system. Tasks included the development of methodology for evaluation, analysis and needs assessment accounting for existing functional requirements, and a ministerial level presentation of recommendations outlining critical metrics of success required for an efficient and sustainable rollout.
