The Public Ministry of Honduras lacked a strategy to modernize its IT infrastructure in an effective and timely manner. Instead of developing such a plan, the IT Department's staff dedicated much of their time to minor issues that simply covered up the larger problems as opposed to dealing with those problems.
Alexius assisted the Public Ministry in developing its first Master ICT Strategy Plan. This plan presented clear steps to be taken in order to sustainably develop an ICT infrastructure and strengthen the institution's core functions and internal transversal processes. The strategy laid out a series of projects that needed to be developed in a sustainable manner based on the institution's most critical areas of strengthening.
