Among Alexius' early projects was the innovative implementation of one of the first Extranet solutions leveraging web technology for the Caribbean Community Regional Negotiating Machinery (CARICOM - RNM). The portal provided the institution a virtual office space where 15 regional offices, comprising of the Caribbean region, Washington DC and London, could interact, share documentation, debate, and formulate regional trade policy.
